PRIMER BETON

SINGLE-COMPONENT ADHESION PROMOTER
FAQ - SDS

1. Description
Primer Beton is a single-component, powdered primer and adhesion promoter based on carbonate aggregates and quartz sands with controlled grain size, powdered polymer binders, specific additives, and short synthetic fibers. The simultaneous presence of mineral and polymer binders, inorganic fillers, and reinforcing fibers develops a positive synergy that increases the product's mechanical properties.
2. Fields of application
Smoothing and preparing interior and exterior walls and floors.
Smoothing directly on tiles, marble, cement-based plasters, mortar, etc.
3. Preparation of the supports
Substrates must be dry, solid, and free of dust, paint, wax, oil, loose particles, and seasoned surfaces.
We recommend contacting our technical support team to ensure a perfect base before starting work.
4. Application
Lay out the 70/80 g/m² fiberglass mesh, taking care to position it so that it does not crease, overlapping the ends of the mesh by at least 10 cm.
Pour about 6 liters of drinking water into a clean bucket and add the Primer Beton in small increments using a low-speed mechanical stirrer until the mix is completely smooth.
Apply a single coat of Primer Beton using a stainless steel trowel, evenly and smoothly over the entire surface to be treated (in some cases, such as uneven floors, it is necessary to apply a second coat of Primer Beton as done with the first).
Let the product dry for 24 hours (+20°C).
