Primer Betonis designed to create a strong and consistent bond. The simultaneous presence of mineral and polymer binders, inorganic fillers, and synthetic fibers enhances the system's mechanical properties.
The powdered formulation contains carbonate aggregates, controlled-grain quartz sand, polymer binders, specific additives, and short synthetic fibers. It is simply mixed with water and is ready for application.

Application cycle
Prepare the substrate.
Build adhesion.
Primer Beton is generally applied in a single layer with a thickness of approximately 1.5 mm. A second coat may be necessary on uneven floors. The declared coverage is approximately 0.9 kg/m² per layer.

Preparation
Make sure the substrate is dry, solid and free from dust, paint, wax, oil and loose parts.

Fiber-reinforced
Apply Primer Beton in a single coat with a stainless steel trowel, using one or two colors.

Mixing
Pour approximately 6 litres of clean water for a 20 kg container and mix at low speed until completely homogeneous.

Application
Spread Primer Beton with a stainless steel trowel in a regular and even manner over the entire surface.

Drying
Leave to dry for 24 hours at approximately +20°C before proceeding with subsequent layers.
