2. Composition

A special resin emulsion, a blend of natural biostable micas, crystal microspheres, pigments, and additives, make Perla d'Oriente a decorative, sandblasted finish that's quick and easy to apply, non-toxic, non-yellowing, permeable to water vapor, and resistant to fungi and bacteria.

Perla d'Oriente is an environmentally sustainable and advanced product, free of *added formaldehyde and **APEO, and has a very low VOC content.

3. Fields of application

Ideal for covering interior walls and ceilings for high-end design and renovations in public and private spaces, shopping centers, shops, bars, villas, and residences.

The unique feature of the completely seamless design allows for seamless solutions, a true innovation in modern architecture. This refined finish creates a velvety effect, lending three-dimensionality to the surfaces it covers, with a soft, smooth feel.

4. Preparation

The product is ready to use, mix well before use.

5. Application of interior walls, furniture and doors

Substrates must be dry, solid, and free of dust, paint, wax, oil, loose particles, and weathered surfaces.

Apply a single coat of Primer NK evenly over the entire surface to be treated using a short-haired roller and a brush.

Let dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a first coat of Perla d'Oriente using a spalter brush, using crisscrossing movements over the entire surface to be treated.

Let dry for 12 hours (+20°C).

Apply a second coat of Perla d'Oriente as before.

Let dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

6. Application of external walls

Substrates must be dry, solid, and free of dust, paint, wax, oil, loose particles, and weathered surfaces.

Apply a single coat of Primer NK diluted 30% with drinkable water evenly over the entire surface to be treated using a short-haired roller and a brush.

Let dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a first coat of Perla d'Oriente using a spalter brush, using crisscrossing movements over the entire surface to be treated.

Let dry for 12 hours (+20°C).

Apply a second coat of Perla d'Oriente as before.

Let dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a first coat of VetroLiquido PRP using a short-haired roller (mohair) for approximately 1/2 m2 and immediately smooth the product with a stainless steel trowel to eliminate any bubbles.

Let the product dry for 12 hours (+20°C);

Apply a second coat of VetroLiquido PRP as described for the first;

Let the product dry for 24 hours (+20°C);

Apply a third coat of VetroLiquido PRP as described for the second;

Let the product dry for 48 hours (+20°C).

7. Application of shower box and kitchen backsplash

Substrates must be dry, solid, and free of dust, paint, wax, oil, loose particles, and seasoned surfaces.

Lay out the 70/80 g/m2 fiberglass mesh, taking care to position it so that it does not crease, overlapping the ends of the mesh by at least 10 cm.

Apply a first coat of Primer Beton using a stainless steel trowel, evenly and evenly over the entire surface to be treated.

Let the product dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a second coat of Primer Beton as previously.

Let the product dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a single coat of Primer NK diluted 30% with drinking water, evenly over the entire surface to be treated, using a short-haired roller and a brush.

Let it dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a first coat of Perla d'Oriente using a spalter brush, using crisscrossing movements over the entire surface to be treated.

Let it dry for 12 hours (+20°C);

Apply a second coat of Perla d'Oriente as before.

Let it dry for 24 hours (+20°C).

Apply a first coat of VetroLiquido PRP using a short-haired roller (mohair) over approximately 1/2 square meter, then immediately smooth the product with a stainless steel trowel to eliminate any bubbles.

Let it dry for 12 hours (+20°C);

Apply a second coat of VetroLiquido PRP as before.

Let it dry for 24 hours (+20°C);

Apply a third coat of VetroLiquido PRP as before.

Let it dry for 48 hours (+20°C).

8. Technical data

Appearance at +23°C: Creamy;

Specific gravity: 1.100 +/- 5% kg/L.

Composition: Resin emulsion, mix of natural biostable micas, crystal microspheres, various additives;

Base colors: Silver, White Pearl, Oro Ducale, Aluminio, Platinum;

Colors obtainable with toner: 32 shades;

Viscosity at +23°C: ≈ 4300 cps ± 5% G6 RPM 100 at 25°C;

pH: > 9.00;

VOC classification: 8.6 g/L;

Coverage: 12 m²/L in two coats, depending on substrate absorption;

Dilution: Ready to use;

Use temperature: +10°C and +35°C;

Drying time: Touch dry 1 hour, thoroughly dry 24 hours at 20°C;

Application: Spalter brush, roller, and stainless steel trowel;

Tool cleaning: Water;

Packaging: 2.5 liters;

Cleaning instructions: Clean with a damp microfiber cloth.

Storage: In tightly closed original packaging and in a dry place between +5°C and +30°C;

Washing resistance: Resistant to washing > 30,000 cycles Gadner UNI 10795 UNI 10560;
